Start with the selection boundary

This silicon-aluminium family is a ferrous-metallurgy compound deoxidation/alloying material, not an Al-Si master alloy for aluminium casting. Confirm Si/Al ratio, Fe or other base, residuals, sizing, target steel, deoxidation practice and formal TDS.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Product manufacturing process

Silicon-aluminium alloy may be made by producer-specific co-smelting or secondary alloying, followed by casting, cooling, crushing and screening. Smelted alloy and mechanically blended material must not share one SKU or quality basis.
