Favorites

Favorites are stored in this browser. They remain after closing the page, but cannot be restored automatically after changing device or browser, using private mode, or clearing browser data.

Share favorites

The share link remains valid for 90 days. Anyone with the link can view the products in the list. It contains no email address or contact details and cannot currently be revoked early. After submission, the recipient email, product list, page language, source page and sending time are retained to complete delivery and related product service.

Purpose and routing

Domestic inquiries are handled by the Domestic Sales Department and international inquiries by the International Sales Department. The server assigns the queue from the market selected by the submitter; the browser cannot select a named individual.

Retention, review and deletion

Inquiry contact and purchasing information is used to identify the requirement, route follow-up, quote, deliver and handle quality claims. No single automatic deletion date is currently applied; continued retention is reviewed at least every 365 days. Information no longer required should be deleted or anonymised, except where law, accounting, contract or dispute handling requires retention.

Technical service providers

Website-hosting, database and security providers may process information only as needed to provide their technical services. The current version does not automatically send inquiries to email, SMS, WeChat or WeCom notification services. If such services are enabled later, this notice should be updated with the service type and data purpose.

Product and technical boundary

Price, availability and lead time are confirmed for each inquiry based on specification, quantity and delivery location. Technical information does not replace plant procedures, trials, SDS or qualified technical judgment; unreviewed fixed addition rates are not presented as universal recommendations.
