Start with the selection boundary
Use only in a verified hot-metal pretreatment system. Calcium-, magnesium-, lime- and calcium-carbide-based systems are not one interchangeable product, and this material is not ladle calcium-treatment wire.

Product manufacturing process
This functional powder or granule family has no single production route representing every supplier. A general commercial workflow may include feed-identity and safety-document review, drying and classification, metered blending to a verified formula and—where applicable to the actual product—granulation, briquetting, premelting or another treatment, followed by screening, representative sampling, lot testing and moisture-protected packing. This general workflow is not presented as Jinsheng-owned production.

APPLICATION METHOD
Use scenarios, method, effect and risk validation
This product is used for hot-metal pretreatment before the BOF on the BF–BOF route, not ladle calcium treatment. Trials must be designed around initial/target hot-metal S, temperature, slag, carrier gas, injection/stirring equipment and effective lot constituents. A matched system can lower sulfur load entering the BOF; moisture, agglomeration or sizing/carrier-gas mismatch can cause blockage, splashing and variable desulfurization. Verify effect only by hot-metal resampling and process records.
