Product manufacturing process
Silicon metal powder is generally produced from confirmed industrial-silicon feed by enclosed crushing, milling, classification, homogenisation, representative sampling and sealed packing. Equipment, milling media and contamination control vary by producer and target particle size.

Never add wet material to molten metal. Transport classification, handling protection and emergency measures must be confirmed from the actual crystal form, sizing, test results, latest SDS/PSI, GB 15577 and destination rules.
