A custom cored-wire system with Si, Ca and Al as principal core indicators. Combined deoxidation and calcium treatment may be evaluated after chemistry and steel grade are confirmed, but online data for neighbouring CaAl, SiAlBaCa or SiCaBaAl products must not be copied.

- Calculate from initial melt value, target net increase, measured core chemistry, core mass per metre and plant recovery, then close by resampling; no fixed kg/t or m/s is published without furnace, grade and equipment context.

STORAGE & SAFETY
Storage, handling and risk
- Keep dry, moisture-protected and rust-protected, preventing powder leakage, wire breakage and loose coils; inspect appearance, joints, identity and pack integrity before handling and feeding.
- The core may present dust, combustion, reactivity, fume or melt-splash risks; operate only under the actual SKU SDS/PSI, equipment procedure and destination rules.
