A cast-iron preconditioner may be a verified smelted alloy, compound granule or mechanically blended/agglomerated system; identity and route are supplier-specific. The general commercial flow is limited to feed and formula review, smelting or formulation by the declared route, sizing/homogeneity control, sampling, testing and packing. Furnace, binder or formula must not be inferred without manufacturer documents, and this page does not depict a Jinsheng-owned line.

Set a controlled trial from measured lot values and the site baseline, closing by thermal analysis, nucleation condition, chill, graphite, slag entrainment, defects and performance. No fixed kg/t or universal effect claim is published.
