Product manufacturing process

A typical route may combine Ca/Al under a protective atmosphere, seal-alloy or extrude the core and then apply a steel tube/strip, or crush and screen a confirmed CaAl alloy, control moisture, form the strip and meter the fill. The actual route must be identified by supplier TDS and process documents, not inferred from appearance.

Trial-feed, resample and verify inclusion chemistry/morphology and casting stability; no fixed m/s, kg/t, recovery or anti-clogging effect is published.

Expected effects

STORAGE & SAFETY

Storage, handling and risk

Keep dry, moisture-protected and rust-protected, preventing powder leakage, wire breakage and loose coils; inspect appearance, joints, identity and pack integrity before handling and feeding.
The core may present dust, combustion, reactivity, fume or melt-splash risks; operate only under the actual SKU SDS/PSI, equipment procedure and destination rules.
